Under water exhibitation

On 12 July 1947, the crew of Kon-Tiki had a frightening experience. The world's largest fish, the whale shark, popped by for a visit and glided playfully around and below the raft. These were some nerve racking minutes because the whale shark was so big and strong that it could have easily damaged the raft had it wanted to. The underwater scene below the Kon-Tiki raft shows a 10 metre copy of a whale shark with other fish and animals found in tropical waters.
