Here you will find links to a selection of radio and TV programs from NRK about Thor Heyerdahl and his work. All the programs are available free of charge and offer a unique insight into Heyerdahl’s expeditions, research, and outreach.

Among other things, you can listen to and watch interviews from the period immediately following the 1947 Kon-Tiki expedition, follow the series "With Thor Heyerdahl to Polynesia" (1957–1958), view a report from the time leading up to the 1969 Ra expedition, and catch the 1985 New Year’s interview, "The Life of the Planet Concerns Us All."

The programs offer a fascinating look back at the life and work of Thor Heyerdahl, presented through historical footage and conversations from his own time.
